What ever way you cut this, it is a disaster. Just consider for a minute. It has been two full years since the FDA gave the red light to this application. Two full years later the company is still not in a position to resubmit the application.

Promises by the company that it would be resubmitted a month ago have come to nought. I bet the company would love to give those promises the battleship grey treatment al la loopy’s posts.

But the real, and frankly, obvious conclusion must be there are serious problems with this application somewhere. We don’t know what the problem is or whether it can be fixed. No update provided by the company or any new expected date where the resubmission might occur, assuming it ever does. There’s a surprise.
