That's just what's on the board - IMO there would be plenty of vol come in to be soaked up if it got even to mid 2c range BUT don't get me wrong, I would be VERY happy for ANY SP movement but surely it needs to be based on a massive change in fundamentals, otherwise it is just speculation.
Confirmation of funding for current #1 project would do that - pleaseeeeeeeeeee .........
