And yet you have also failed a basic check. Who were the Directors back then and what happened to the market capitalisation (as reflected in the adjust share price) and how many times were plans announced and failed to gain traction. The list of failures under their stewardship was long and the conduct appalling. The confusing "Camperdown" name created havoc for AHF and even that was badly managed by them to reduce brand and reputation damage, let alone the related party activites surrounding the "Camperdown" name. Tawdry at best.
AHF is under water and is unlikely to ever become something of relevance. The dairy industry has changed and AHF hasn't adapted as a result. If nothing else at least the current Board have forced the CEO to focus on one thing at a time and delivery. Task managing him is not a welcome effort imposed on the Board but it had to be done and the predecssors certainly didnt do it.
Yes, more of the current is the only viable option AHF has. Hackett, Leman, Huddy et al are not welcome....at all.
