Over quarter of a million dollars in app development. Mind boggling.
Put it this way - a lot of those gaming apps you see generating 10's and 100's of $millions of dollars on the app store are developed for anywhere between $20-$100k.
Of course, true AI can cost a lot more (which a deep learning-based predictor may fall into this category). Risk vs return on the type of app someone is developing I guess.
