well.... granting option to themselves is nothing new ... and if you invest in companies then you know every director/board has options & shares granted to themselves ... sometime they get vested sometime they get expired and if expired then new are granted .... it is normal business practice and i don't personally make any decision based on that for any company.
i have massive amount invested in OSL (based on my portfolio size obviously) so taking out capital was more important then believe any further speculation.. IMO.
there is a waaaay tooo long waaay to go particularly in last quarterly they said FDA meeting is organised for end of this year and now in this quarterly it is moving to 2023 .... so it isn't that soomth as one want to believe in my opinion.
see below abstract from last quarterly announcement... did shareholder knows whether this meeting held or not? or it was held and now need further discussion in 2023? so many ifs and buts in my opinion... !
