Fair enough. I actually read the comment as Brian was the further board renewal as it came straight after him Down in the bigger section that related to that dot point there is no further mention of looking to expand the board etc

Most of the stuff that you were mentioning was already in train with Chris. Think you are right on the rest of them but think Chris was a big loss, especially for the institutional credibility.
