JPGuru, To your question on HDE, I am only aware of one other HDE similar to OSL in the cancer space and that was Nordions Therasphere, the Canadian equivalent of Sirtex that BTG plc bought is 2013 and subsequently acquired withiby Boston Scientific 2019 with the purchase of the entirity of BTG plc for $4.2 billion. Therasphere now have a PMA for HCC which took them years based on RCTs OVER 15 years of recruitemnt. OSL may be lucky but the regulatory enviroment that allowed Sirtex to gain its PMA registration in the 90s and Therasphere its HDE in the same decade have become significanlty more challanging. The OSL team have the expertise to navigate, however don't expect a short turn around. They could be lucky, lets hope they are, however I woud hope they could use their current registrations to gain some short term revenue and bolster thei data set in clinical patients with publications while theya re waiting. They will need clinical data to convince US payers to pay.
