I think cholangio is really not at all important in itself. It's just a way to get the tech into the hands of US doctors, train some up to use it, and let the imaginations run a bit.
Frankly, I'd prefer a palliative use exemption/IDE in ca pancreas first in the USA. That's where the numbers would be and that's where many more docs would get to use it.
