Bellamary, In my opinion the reason the SP has suffered over the last 12 months is , Four subholders purchased 152 mill.500, 000 in that period , So to be able to secure that amount of shares they require a few things Cheaper shares, and Availability of same ,They .Walk the price down by selling out of one of Thier portfolios and buying back into another portfolio when retailers sell thinking the company is in trouble , Rinse and repeat over a period of time ..Subholders pay no brokerage as such ... This of course is not just subject to MCA , with algo. Trading, most larger buyers and operators hold all the tools to enable them to be very proficient ....Cheers
