I disagree buddy they are being completely transparent.

The most important part of this report is under the section.

”Estimated finding for future operating activities”

8.6.2 Has the entity taken any steps, or does it propose to take any steps to raise further funds for it operations and, if so what are those steps and how likely does it believe they will be successful?

Answer: The company is assessing options for funding. The company has no reason to believe any steps taken in this regard won’t be successful.

IMO they are assessing all options and have many
available to them. They just need to choose the right option.
