In the Q, EDE was asked if they have sufficient cash flow for the time being. EDE referred them to the restructuring and property for sale. EDE was also asked if they were raising more funds. EDE referred them to the latest cr.
A property for sale and a rights issue do not guarantee EDE will be listed beyond today.
EDE clearly weren’t in a position to refer the ASX to the sale proceeds you mention or any other outstanding sale proceeds. Why? Just the property for sale and the cr.
