it’s likely that some kind of farm in deal will happen this year. After we get the nod to proceed with trial others will probably want to talk turkey and get us to partner with them for one of our drugs in some limited fashion. Not only will that boost our coffers but the combo of being in a clinical trial and a partner will significantly boost the sp. and if we spend all that cash we will get another 7m or so tax refund next year before we get desperate for cash.
I am not worried. Raising at higher prices is fine by me. It will mean we are deeper into all these programs.
