there are none
the cap raise in 2020 with the BC deal… an insto took up the shares at 16 cents and immeadiately sold them for 19 cents the next day.

The selling in the past few days could be related to the statement in the Quarterly on January 23rd around the Entitlement Offer shortfall of $3.0m ".....funding options including working with PAC Partners ….".
Pretty sure PAC didn't get any work this time.

Seems to me if all we need to break-even in CY23 is ~15-20 sales, there isn't a lot to be worried about.

he could right the ship and buy some shares with his 66 million from his company sale.
he could spent 0.025% of that and buy 1.5 mill shares
but he wont because he knows lbt is a sinking ship
