So digging a bit deeper, they say that they are targeting 40mil of revenues in the year.
They have received however 13176K in the first quarter, plus 3489K in government prepayment (assuming the "other" figure is the government rebate payment for customers), and then 13016K in the second quarter.
This totals 29681K. So yes it looks like the extra cash is coming from the customers leaving thus generating an inflow back into the business due to the lagged cashflow from customer payments ending.
