1) sell warehouse and lease back with long lease and lucrative term to attract a good selling price…. They will not pay back the debt but will retain it as working capital (aka fat wage and bonuses )

2) contemplating a cr at 1c to take the last drop of blood from shareholders to again for working capital aka fat wages and big bonuses

3) one these options are exhausted and cash all spent
then file for bankruptcy
