It is interesting to note the increase of loans and payables, yet an underlying increase in cash position. Read between the lines.
A note on prepaid sales, if you take cash for new sales contracts as Halo does, you want to be certain that you can source the inputs required to get the job done, as key suppliers will be first to know if a company is about to fail before the shareholders catch a whiff.
This is my opinion only, please do not take my words above as anything else than my personal thoughts and a different perspective on this company. In my view, it is not always about sales and margins, but rather securing funding and the support of your supply chain during difficult times.
