My thoughts exactly.
"Any applicable patent fillings would be made ahead of disclosure of the results"....
Along the lines of ANP saying 'Patience Grasshopper'......even when we get the results, there (may be) is a very valid reason why we can't release them instantly.
In this instance, as frustrating as it is - a delay in the results being reported is a good thing.
Next step - results and (hopefully) patents have been filed in the same announcement.
