Well if you can explain to me how wealth and super directly benefit Raiz I will admit you are right.
What I can tell you is Raiz used to be free in australia until the maintainable fee was raised to 3.50++/month per person which significantly contributes to the positive cash flow of the Australian business. Indo and Malaysia are pretty much free and still need to grow and be monetized. So yes it is very much a population game.
