Not terribly constructive criticism there. They have tech that should have been deployed in the field. So the business still has the potential to fire with the hiring of the right people, if the CEO was changed the share price would spike up very quickly as the vast majority of the issue is Ross not being competent.
Come on Ross prove me wrong and show you can actually deliver something other than rhetoric or step down and let someone more competent take over. You have tested the patience of shareholders long enough.
