I saw something (on LinkedIn?) a couple of months back about an engagement with outsourced sales organisations in US and UK. I remember thinking at the time it sounded costly but naively hoped it wouldn’t matter if they delivered sales. Appalling figure. I’m paraphrasing but last quarter didn’t they say it was a once off large figure to kick off sales momentum. I’ve officially put this one in the bottom drawer.
