Good to see the book getting past the $60bn milestone. Results are broadly in line with last year which is probably ok given the changing mortgage market. It's not clear if churn in the existing book will impact their operating result in terms of write downs - this won't be clear until February. I'm hoping that 2023 is the year when shareholders start to see some value return. IMO.
