They have admitted explicitly that the chip suffers from high frequency noise but mercifully the sound level is so low that the noise will not disturb anyone.

They will not demonstrate it to shareholders. They have given up on demo boards. There will be no sales. EM have demanded A$586K before they will produce any more chips.
