    I might have missed something but...excepting the possible chance that EM somehow pull the plug (with the necessary blessing of the Chinese govt) my understanding is that the deal is done, the price is set, the stock allocation agreed. Unless they renege in other words the transaction will go ahead with the current hold up being the Chinese govt's blessing. Am I missing something here?
