With all due respect but from your post which are similar to many others who have said the same ..."I have held Ian's integrity and management style in high regard"
Don't you find it contradictory to - "the ACV situation has been poorly handled" .....
Isn't this lack of clarity between QonQ ACV vs Cash in (amongst a plethora of other questionable clarity issues) down to Ians management style?
It is not a 1 off quarter. Its been 8-9 quarters where this could & should have been addressed in a clear concise manner & not thru SH trying to solve riddles & assumptions!
I would say IT IS down to Ians management style and "maybe" all is not what is made to believe? ......same repetitive QonQ brief...giving unjustified hope that its gonna be the next quarter!
I certainly see red flags....
