Have to agree 100% with you....Also with the amount of cash in..compared to ACV Value...They used the word - "some" in "Short-term program delays by some US customers"....I think the "Most" would be a more honest word to use....and What is the reason......there are a number of them here so how come suddenly they all suffer the same bs "short term" delay???
These are state & multi nationals organisations....longer payment terms are the norm...by delaying payments are Not! ..& certainly not from so many at the same time!
There is something fishy going on & if the past 8 quarters receipts are not a Red Flag then I don't know what is!.....
If any one would care to reason & explain....
