So cash receipts down, and if I've interpreted the product manufacturing/AWS paragraph correctly (incl the pretty large increase in this cost), pointerra were paying this on behalf of clients so some of that cash receipt was not for 3DP services which makes the cash receipts number look even worse

as for waiting for the ACV number, I can't see the point......reporting a bigger ACV number when cash receipts (and for that matter revenues) are so far behind seems like a pointless exercise.

9 pages of update yet cash receipts less than 2m (which includes collecting hosting fees for AWS).....ACV reported in Jan21 was ~AUD9m......with this quarters receipts, the 12 mths trailing number is this so the ACV number is IMO not credible.....mgmt need to be called out on this (and that monthly/quarterly/annual nonsense does not fly.....if you report ACV today, you should expect to collect that amount in the next 12 mths else your process is flawed!)
