Simply put, a hugely overstated ACV number in any DCF calculation delivers a 'garbage' valuation. How do you invest with any confidence ? Price point ? Timing of Entry ?
Psalty is right, many of those who invested 3 yrs ago are playing the long game, on the back of a beneficial entry point. The pool of new investors has dried up with sentiment likely to suffer another blow with the HY Financials. Suspect the new ACV number will translate into AUD 35 m +. Based on what we know, FY 2023 Revenue likely to come it 50%- 60% of that. ACV set to lift again in Q3 and again in Q4. Ridiculous GAP !
