    Their cash receipts are a disaster and is destroying the credibility of the ACV and the business outlook - the ACV is rightly seen as a useless metric that can't be relied on. Very dissapointing as this has been an ongoing issue for a long time and every report promises the gap will be closed yet seems to be getting further apart.
