If you do the maths, that is $6,500 per site (1.3m/200) and executing on that will take 11-12 mths. Why it's taking so long is a mystery given in theory you just need the 3D/2D imagery loaded into the model, but I suspect the tools are quite bespoke for each client which is why it is taking months/years to implement and get paid.........so gain the further 700 sites would generate ~$4.3m, but if that comes through post implementation and starting in 2024 over the following 18-24 mths it is good, but not the scalability you are expecting from a software business (it seems closer to a consultancy where the upfront cost seems very low to onboard the client, but the recurring revenues are taking years to come through as they are dependent on everything being in place). This is all in my view, but in terms of the numbers (revenues/sites/potential additions) that has all been communicated so not sure what the game changer is ($4.3m of a contract that may be won and if it does come through as cash/revenues will just about get cash/revenues to ~60% of announced ACV ~3 mths ago)

The initial contract is just for logistics external to the Amazon buildings, whereas the recent announcements mention that the plan is to eventually do the inside of the buildings too. That gives a lot more scope for contract growth.
