Yes, It seems to correlate well together with Luminet dates. Do you know who the broker is ?
When shares are issued this type of selling is probable after escrow but in most cases generally stock is retained … honesty I am not sure it’s all Luminet selling down thou, most brokers would clear that few shares in a block sale not this constant selling into the buyside reducing the price.
After the last qtrly with improving numbers I am using this as a buying opportunity … if it is Luminet alone it will clear quickly, if not might be down for awhile.
