In that case if they suspect such they should be buying back the shares like crazy now.
Reduce share count so price of business when sold is over fewer shares and also give a more reasonable base for the takeover to come from.
It will be a lot better for holders if the SP is 40c and bid comes in than if its 32c.
All of which is to say i agree with you but the Company is not acting like that.
