They could be in a blackout period for the buy back. It doesn't concern me so much. Yes the shares are cheap, however the cash can be better spent elsewhere on acquisitions. The last thing we want is for them to go too hard on the buy back, continue to do acquisitions, and then the market gets worried about their debt levels.
I like where they're going and the management team is solid. I'm still a little concerned about the low organic growth, however hopefully that improves as acquisitions are bedded down and slow a little.
I'm still accumulating at these levels.
