You answered your own question. Looking for upward traction after the raise is completed.Going forward there will be funds in the bank and with that investor cofidence. Dilution, yes, but the rewards may overcome that. In the meantime, there is an arbitrage play which I am participating in. Probably the stock market equivalent of money laundering. But you did well to drop your holding when the GBM Agile news dropped last year.This is highly speculative now and I am averaging down even more. Bad decision ,maybe, but I was heartened by the recent major shareholder announcement. I invite considered comment from our detractors as to where to next as well. This is not advice. Do not invest if you cannot afford to lose your investment.
