Per the quarterly activities report the company needs to action the following statement:
However, the company reserves the right to conclude the SPP early, or to scale back subscriptions, if it considers it appropriate to do so given the demand.
it’s obvious too much time has been provided and now we are stuck on both the ASX and Nasdaq per the trading since announcement. I don’t think this was well thought out in my opinion.
