Looking at this quarterly, W2V had $1.5M as of December 31st 2022 & was burning through $1.1M per quarter. It's now March 8th 2023 & if W2V stays on that path, there's probably $900K or under in the bank by now.
Below are my thoughts on what the future may hold.
1. Bankruptcy/delisting is on the cards soon. A sincere welcome to all the new bagholders.
2. W2V is still discussing any debt/financing or placement options with partners or shareholders. Perhaps Amos makes a reference to that below?

3. There has been significant growth in cash receipts resulting in a lower cash burn. Meaning there's more than $900K left in the bank.
4. There might be cost cutting measures in place & cash burn has dropped substantially.
5. W2V completes another acquisition, instantly boosting cash receipts & turning profitable.
6. A merger or buyout from a competitor. Voxel perhaps? They're a substantial holder.

There's another month until the next quarterly ann is released, so it's a waiting game I guess.
Just looking at the W2V BOD & some of the seats they hold in other institutions, I'm hoping they have some links in the industry. I find it hard to believe they would let W2V go under, but who knows.
