with expansion into new markets reinforced by new enterprise clients
Q4 FY22 Highlights (all figures A$ unless otherwise stated):
• Transaction volume:
* $6.73 million up 40% on previous corresponding quarter ($4.8 million Q4 FY21)
*Transaction volume for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022 of $21.33 million up 57% on prior corresponding period (pcp) (FY21 $13.57 million)
• $797k Revenue1 increased 92% on 3Q FY22 ($415k)
• Cash receipts of $531k, up 155% on previous quarter ($208K Q3 FY22)
• Signed 25 new multinational enterprise customers including BASF Spain, Max Mara, Pizza Hut Spain, Globalia, Quersus, Libel, Eatout Group and Serveo
• Raised $1.1 million in a private placement to accelerate current growth opportunities for expanded product suite
• Cash balance of $1 .51 million as at 31 December 2022.
Platform partnerships Way2VAT SMB clients now number about 900.
Way2VAT originates its revenue from these clients through one-year contracts
based on each successful VAT reclaim transaction that it processes through the Way2VAT platform,
with the ability to process large numbers of reclaims without substantially increasing the cost of processing.
This quarter Way2VAT has allocated resources from the SMB marketing team to implement the SmartCard pilot and initial rollout.
As of 2023 Way2Vat will implement a new Revenue stream from SMB
(as well as other SmartCard corporate users)
to include revenue share from processing debit transactions made with the Way2Vat Smart Spend Debit Mastercard.
