Kicked a few goals and also some own goals. Jobtale really needs a rethink , to me , too restrictive on who can see and who can't, should be open to all, just as any other recruitment site . Site needs a link / search engine to jobs being advertised. Why would i spend money on a recruitment platform that no-one can find except those I have emailed or have emailed me? ArtofMentoring, seems to be getting more contracts , but dollar return seems minimal for such large names being signed up. At least there is growth here. Cash in bank also seems low , one big outlay and there would nothing left. Time to trim the costs or get better results BOD. And where is Talent Scout , again , no mention.
