If Jobtale wants to be huge , need to look at what Seek, Linkedin et al are doing - providing maximum coverage for the Positions Vacant , free for basic search, subscriptions for extra services . Being able to attach a video storyline is a really good idea that nobody outside your organisation or email shout-out will know about. Top companies fill top positions via international candidates , not from some-ones social media like list
