I would say that the clients are not moving all their business in one go and are taking incremental steps. Along with this each business has a mandatory pilot (3 months) which then automatically switches to a contract. When they say full annual expectations I take that to mean upselling, cross selling etc and that would be achieved up to 12 months after signing. Ie they conduct a champion/challenger which then pushes more business their way.
Like others not happy about no news on international expansion but in term of clients a couple of good wins.
