The insurance sector looks promising and they have a few big wins in this sector and are looking to add new customers, Andrew has mentioned IAG in some his spiels but no official announcement.

The below except is what I believe will really help accelerate and sell the insurance product of CCR, I am assuming operating costs mainly relates to wages.
The insurer attributed a 4.5 per cent reduction in gross operating costs over the 1H23 period partly to its “ongoing technology and system investment” in the enterprise platform, including investments in automation and artificial intelligence “to unlock efficiencies central to reducing expenses”.
