Canopy Growth now adopting a similar funding model to AGH (albeit a much larger amount).

Following their transformation programme to focus on high margin growth avenues (eg closing/outsourcing non profitable growing biomass facilities).

$150 million USD is a sizeable amount. Wouldn’t be surprised if they were looking to merge/acquire (soon to be profitable..) Canadian or USA assets that align with their (our) high margin derivatives model… ;-)
