Are you possibly confusing Revenue with Gross profit?
If we increased Revenue by 1.3 Million that only equates to additional gross profits of 700k. (There is always costs of goods).
They actually need to increase gross profits by 1.3 Million, also assuming no more "one off costs". So maybe a Revenue increase of 2.5 Million to cover current costs?
