If $12.5m a quarter takes care of product development and r&d then what does $10m a year of ‘staff costs’ pay for? Advertising / marketing spend is relatively small so I wouldn’t imagine a huge marketing team managing this. Maybe one or two people. Admin? 3-4? Sales - need a good sales force so $2m a quarter towards this? Ok maybe $3m. Tech support etc - $2m approx. So say $5m+ per quarter post product development worth of staff. The rest? What do they do? $10m after the product is ready to go each quarter is a lot of money. Any ideas for those more familiar with the business. Cheers
