It seems to me that these conversations about TNT's profitability, NPAT, debt level etc have been going on for many, many quarters, and folk have consistently said that it should improve over the next couple of quarters. The problem for TNT is that it never does. The last two quarters showing the decrease in EBITDA margin did it for me. I think they need a radical shake-up now, a new board and CEO, and put Kurt in charge of operations or similar. Geoff Lord gets shown the exit.
