definitely a consideration. personally not a fan. Have been burnt a couple of times with Consolidations.
For me personally it displays a huge trust in the direction of the company, when it is able and willing to buy back shares.
especially when there is no debt and money on hand.
share holders gain value immediately and long term the company is in a better position if they need to re issue for capital.
just my Thoughts. either way at the moment the company is doing well with direction and sales. as a shareholder we are not going to see value for sometime while so many shares are currently on issue.
