I still have faith in ROOTS that they can get the business going: The latest CR failed because the SP dropped way below the price of shares in the CR which would naturally discourage investores. It was just the worst timing, the interest rates rising rising, inflation and market panic. This does not mean that ROOTS is doomed at all. There of course will be another attempt at a CR when things stabilise which could be in 2023!

I received this email from the ROOTS CEO upon enquiring about the last failed CR:

"Hi Vida, the rights issue did not materialize because there were not enough subscribers so the company returns the money back.

The company continues with normal business as you will see in the upcoming quarterly announcement
