The question is how long can they survive on fumes before the tide turns and capital raising is achievable? At some point you just run out of cash and the closer you are, the more likely vultures just see a carcus. These guys aren't the only ones doing it tough. There are a lot of R&D tech companies in this space atm. Capital is hard to get at the moment. Like I said, I hope it comes good but I personally see too many red flags for me to be interested in putting cash in - I have enough spirited donations elsewhere in the similar hoping for capital basket. But for those that have/are going to I wish you luck and wouldnt be bitter in the slightest if the thing is a raging success in the future.
