Having fun in the workplace is a big plus in my opinion - of course as long as it correlates with results.
We need the best of the best working for us, and expert and super creative types seem to gravitate to pleasant/happy work places - why wouldn't they.
Whatever tools we can employ to attract and retain the very best, in a future competitive workplace, is money well spent in my book.
