The strategy I received from management was that they were looking at building 100 acquaculture farms across Singapore to address the food security issues thats are there in the country. We were informed that the idea was to have seaweed farms across the Island and make it into a commercially viable business. Not sure if that still holds true as from last few calls it seems the focus is going into other products. I do think there is an opportunity given you have companies likes https://www.seaforest.com.au/ going after a breed of seaweed called Asparagopsis. That whole space is getting a lot of interest. As of late I am not fully sure which way the company is headed. How would fellow hotcopper people describe the operations of the company ? Don't we need a food scientist at the helm of it or was it good to get rid of Gu as the CEO ?
