My first thought when they talked about selling the assets to fund the business, was that the ITO may want to protect its position and put some kind of caveat preventing any assets sales.
Either way, a tough read. And I still struggle with the definition of what solvency actually means under these circumstances. Does the definition allow for 'timing' differences.
